Shipping Policy

We Ship to all 50 states as well as internationally. Shipping charges will be added to your bill upon your agreement during the checkout process.

Flat-Rate Shipping

This promotion is a flat fee of $6.99 for shipping regardless of the size of the order for all orders under the $75 subtotal.

*Please note, transit is still the same as the standard and free promotional shipping of at least 7 business days.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Unless otherwise agreed upon prior, all orders will be processed, by USPS, UPS, FEDEX, DHL. Estimate delivery, 3-7 business days. The tracking number for the package will be provided via e-mail after the order has been shipped, activate 24-hours after the package is processed.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing and shipping may be delayed by a few days. Please allow for additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in processing and shipping of your order, we will contact you via e-mail.

Damages

Dionard Campman® Fashion Boutique is not liable for any product damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your packaged damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

International Shipping

Dionard Campman® Fashion Boutique is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping, such as tariffs, taxes, etc., are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellation

​

We aim to keep the delivery time optimal. So once an order is placed online, it is processed immediately. The production process is initiated within 24-hours. Allowance for cancellation of the order is limited to a 24-hour period after the ordering transaction is completed.

 

 

Return Policy

​

All garments are made to order. There is no exchange or returns on customized merchandise. If garments are purchased true to size, specified on the measurement guide, Dionard Campman® Fashion Boutique will work with you personally to resolve the issue. Any concerns or issues must be expressed within 72-hours of the receiving the package. Any packages returned without authorization will not be credited or returned. Return shipments are at the customer's expense.

Please note: Try on dresses similar in shape to what you order, we cannot accept return simply because you've changed your mind or the fit in incorrect. If there is something physically wrong with your merchandise, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
