Fashion Boutique Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at the dionard Campman® fashion boutique. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our lead time, order processing, sizing, shipping, and return policy.
Customer Satisfaction
Customer service and satisfaction are Dionard Campman® Fashion Boutique's main priorities. Before any order leaves our design house, it has been checked multiple times to ensure the quality of the garment is of the highest grade, and that the correct specifications are met before the garment is placed in the box. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the product you have received, please contact us within 72 hours and we will work closely with you to try and resolve the issue at hand.
Order Acceptance
Dionard Campman® Fashion Boutique reserves the right, without prior notification, to refuse services to anyone or limit the order quantity on any order we deem necessary. Verification of information prior to the acceptance of any order may be required.
Once you have decided on the dress style, color, size, and any other necessary dress information, the order can be processed. Since all garments are made to order, payment is required before we begin production.
Please Note: When ordering online, your order is not complete until the Dionard Campman® Fashion Boutique design team has confirmed your order via e-mail.
Sizing
Dionard Campman® Fashion Boutique, the design team will work with each individual to determine the best sizing for them, comparing their measurements with the size chart. All garments are pre-set to specific measurements, with that, the client can specify in the notes if any measurements need to be adjusted. We recommend choosing the larger size if you fall between sizing; due to the garments can be taken in but not let out.
Dionard Campman® Fashion Boutique is not responsible for a dress that does not fir after the client has signed off on the size. If a dress needed due to incorrect sizing, the client will be charged full price for the re-order.
Fabric / Color
The Dionard Campman® Fashion Boutique creates garments to order, allowing the customer to receive a true hand-made garment. We allow you to semi-customized elements from your chosen design form style, color, fabric, and if need be, custom sizing. All garments with specialty fabrics will be limited to a small amount due to the availability of fabrication. When we no longer have the fabrication, the garment will be SOLD OUT in that specific fabrication.
Lead Time
The estimate lead-time of your order will be specified in the garment description, beginning when full payment has been received and the order has been confirmed. We recommend you order the garment at least 1-month prior to the occasion allowing time for processing, manufacturing, transportation, and any alterations that may be needed before you receive the garment.
Our typical turnaround time is 5-7 business days, depending on the specific garment(s) purchased. Some orders with special specifications may take longer, which will be specified in the garment description or indicated within confirmation e-mail.
Rush Order
If your deadline is closer than our 1-month lead-time, please specify in the special notes section on the order page. The only way to ensure order completion in time is to pay a rush fee. A rush fee will be addressed to the final invoice, and the price will depend on the day needed. Dionard Campman® Fashion Boutique will contact you before adding the Rush fee to confirm before proceeding with the order.
