We aim to keep the delivery time optimal. So once an order is placed online, it is processed immediately. And the production process is initiated within 24 hours. Allowance for cancellation of the order is limited to a 24-hour period after the ordering transaction is completed.

Before any order leaves our facility, it has been checked multiple times to ensure the quality of the garment is of the highest grade, and that the correct specifications are met before the garment is placed in the box. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the product you have received, please contact us within 72 hours and we will work closely with you to try and resolve the issue at hand.

Dionard Fashion Boutique will work with you personally to resolve the issue. Any concerns or issues must be expressed within 72 hours of receiving the package. Any packages returned without authorization will not be credited or returned. Return shipments are at the customer’s expense.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Unless otherwise agreed upon prior, all orders will be processed, free of charge, by UPS or FedEx. Estimated delivery, 3-5 business days. Tracking number for the package will be provided via email after the order has been shipped, activated 24 hours after the packaged is processed.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing and shipping may be delayed by a few days. Please allow for additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in processing and shipping of your order, we will contact you via email.

 

Damages:

Dionard Campman Fashion Boutique is not liable for any product damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your packaged damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
