If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the product you have received, please contact us within 72 hours and we will work closely with you to try and resolve the issue at hand.
Dionard Campman Fashion Boutique, the design team will work with each individual to determine the best sizing for them, comparing their measurements with the size chart. All garments are preset to a specific measurement, with that, the client can specify in the notes if any measurements need to be adjusted. We recommend choosing the larger size if you fall between sizing; due to garment can be taken in, not let out.
Dionard Campman Fashion Boutique is not responsible for a dress that does not fit after the client has signed off on the size. If a dress is needed due to incorrect sizing, the client will be charged full price for the reorder.
The Dionard Campman Fashion Boutique create garments to order, allowing the customer to receive a true hand-made garment. We allow you to semi-customize elements from your chosen design from style, colors, fabric, and in if need be, custom sizing. All garments with specialty fabrics will be limited to a small amount due to the availability of fabrication. When we no longer have the fabrication, the garment will be sold out in that specific fabrication.
The estimate lead-time of your order will be specified in the garment description, beginning when full payment has been received and the order has been confirmed. We recommend you order the garment at least 1-month before the occasion allowing time for processing, manufacturing, transportation and any alternations that may be needed before you receive the dress.
Our typical turnaround time is 5-7 business days, depending on the specific garment(s) purchased. Some orders with special specifications may take longer, which will be specified in the garment description or indicated within the confirmation email.
All garments are made to order. There is no exchange or returns on customized merchandise. If garments are purchased true to sized, specified on the measurement guide, Dionard Fashion Boutique will work with your personally to resolve the issue. Any concerns or issues must be expressed within 72 hours of receiving the package. Any packages returned without authorization will not be credited or returned. Return shipments are at the customer’s expense.
Please note: Try on dresses similar in shape to what you order, we cannot accept return simply because you’ve changed your mind or the fit in incorrect. If there is something physically wrong with your merchandise, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
If your deadline is closer than our 1-month lead-time, please specify in the special notes section on the order page. The only way to ensure order completion in time is to pay a rush fee. A rush fee will be addressed to the final invoice, and the price will depend on the day needed. Dionard Campman Fashion Boutique will contact you before adding the rush fee to confirm before proceeding with the order.
